I have a computer at home and want to connect my Nintendo Wii to the internet wirelessly. The access point has a green signal and it accepts the router password I typed in. But it fails the connection test every time. I get this error code: 52030 and it says it’s unable to connect to the internet. What changes do I need to make in the Wii or computer so that I can get internet in the Wii? Please give specific steps.

Ok… I have a BT home hub router thing which has wireless and I know it works because my laptop picks the signal up just fine (which i work on in the same room as the Wii) but the Wii doesn’t pick up any wireless signal.

Is there something I need to do so the Wii can pick up the signal?

The Wii (& my laptop which picks up the wireless fine) are upstairs and the router is downstairs.

I read in the manual that there is a USB device that you can connect to the computer that will wirelessly connect to the Wii. Where can I get this device, and how much do they cost?

Even thought I do not have a Wii, how can you connect a Wii to the internet?

I have a wirless and wired modem downstairs and i want to connect it to my wii. It is connected to the PC which has vista.
Do i need to download something so it is compatable with vista?
Do i need to buy the Nintendo WI-Fi connecter?

I’ve pluged in a wireless USB port to my WII but my connection modem doesn’ show it shows other ones but not mine.
What do I do?
