How do I connect my Wii to the internet if it is unlocked?

Author: Ok so I have this japanese Wii that I bought from Hong Kong. I live in USA now. The reason I bought the Wii is because it was cheaper over there than here. Unfortunately, I’m not able to connect the Wii to the internet. I keep getting this pop up when I access the settings. Anyways, do you also know how to change the language? It’s still in japanese. Thanks for helping.
